The Little Acorn Studio is a playful, creative space for young artists and families, lovingly presented by Sweetheart’s Dream.

Because our offerings are primarily digital downloads and small-batch creative products, our refund policy is a little different from a traditional shop. Please review the details below before purchasing.

📦 Physical Products 

If Little Acorn offers physical items (such as creative kits, printed materials, or activity packs):

  • All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.

  • If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

We are unable to accept returns due to the nature of small-batch and creative products.

Because digital products are delivered instantly:

  • All digital downloads are non-refundable

  • This includes PDFs, printable activities, coloring pages, and downloadable creative resources

If you have trouble accessing or downloading your file, we’re happy to help—just reach out.

All Little Acorn digital products are intended for:

  • Personal use

  • Family use

  • Classroom or small-group use by the purchaser

They may not be:

  • Resold

  • Shared publicly

  • Uploaded to other websites

  • Used for commercial resale or print-on-demand

Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership or licensing rights beyond personal use.
